# Sample submissions and golden records

## What it is

Real submissions paired with their “perfect” result. They are the baseline we measure Nora’s extraction against, and we write extraction hints from them. We rerun the comparison after every change to Nora, to confirm improvements and catch regressions.

## What you decide

* Which submissions to use: 5–10 realistic ones (the more the better), from simple to the most complex, covering the file types your senders actually send.

## What to send us

* The submissions as received (email + attachments).
* With Ledger export: link to each quote, filled in by hand in your Ledger demo environment.
* Without Ledger export: the expected result per submission, in a format we agree with you.

## When

🔴 **ASAP** Blocks extraction improvement work.

## Good to know

* Leave a field empty when the submission doesn’t answer it, even if you would normally find the answer elsewhere. Fill in only what the submission itself contains (email body + attachments). Anything added from elsewhere would count as an error Nora couldn’t have avoided.
* Fill in what your underwriter would choose.
