# Sender whitelist

## What it is

The senders allowed to submit to your Nora address. Emails from anyone else are not processed. Optional: without a list, anyone can submit.

## What you decide

* Whitelist or open.
* Whitelist by **domain** (@broker.com), **address** (<jane@broker.com>) or both.

## What to send us

* One list per environment.

## When

* Demo: 🟡 **TESTING**
* Prod: 🟢 **GO-LIVE**

## Good to know

* Domains are low-maintenance. Address lists need updating whenever a broker’s staff changes.
* Include your own domain so your team can send test submissions.
* For a phased launch, start with a few broker domains and add more as you roll out.
