# Testing, go-live and hypercare

## What it is

The route from Demo testing to steady live use.

## What you decide

* Go-live date.
* First group of senders (a phased launch is recommended).

## What to send us

* Expected volumes: per day and per month at launch, plus a realistic near-future figure. We use them to plan capacity.
* Test results: for each issue, the submission link plus what you expected.

## When

* Volumes: 🟡 **TESTING**
* Go-live date and first senders: 🟢 **GO-LIVE**

## Testing in Demo

* Use as many real, varied submissions as possible: different brokers, formats and levels of completeness.
* Test the whole route: send, receive follow-up, reply, check the quote in Ledger.

## Hypercare (first weeks live)

* Insly may spot-check some submissions before export to verify the data. Checked submissions continue automatically straight after.
* Priority support after go-live.
